Tyler is the best very professional and helpful deserves a raise

CHAZ! Wow. i had such a nightmare of a day with other towing companies who would not be there when they said they would. I was waiting in the hot Clearwater sun by my car for so long. Finally, I got connected to Chaz. The company that arranged originally gave me a bad ETA when he’d be there, but he was extremely honest upfront and told me when he would be there which gave me the opportunity to move my car out of a two hour parking (and avoid a $500 towing fee out of the time sensitive spot I was in ) and get somewhere safe for him to get there. Not only that, but he was extremely friendly and communicative the whole time seriously top-tier service. I’ve never had a good experience with the Towing company up until Chaz answered the phone.

Eddie came to our rescue the night before my birthday. Had to tow our car after AAA came out and gave me the news that I needed a starter. Eddie showed up within a half hour, had a flatbed and transported my car to my mechanic. He was familiar with my mechanic and their shop so he took all the anxiety out of having to tow my car. I can't thank AAA and Superior Towing enough. Thanks, Eddie. More service people need to be like Eddie!

Wow, the most amazing and professional AAA representative that has never come out. Stephen is so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He has completely restored my faith and AAA not only was he able to diagnose the issue with my vehicle being a bad battery he was able to install a new battery for me and he also didn’t mind me hovering over him and without even asking, he explained to me everything he was doing as he was doing it. This is the first time I’ve ever had someone so knowledgeable in their field and he really enjoys what he does and it shows. I can’t praise him enough. Thank you again Stephen he did a great Job.

This morning, I was dreading having to call another tow company to move my vehicle out of a shop that tried to overcharge me. My truck had broken down on the highway yesterday, and after getting it towed to the nearest auto repair shop, they quoted me an astronomical price to fix it—clearly trying to gouge me because I was in a tight spot. My first call was to Superior Towing, and to my surprise, the representative who answered was exceptionally kind. The customer service from start to finish was amazing. As soon as I hung up, I received a text message with a live tracking map showing the driver's location and estimated arrival time. To make things even better, the driver called me directly to reassure me he was on his way. When he arrived, the first thing he did was ask how I was doing and if there was anything he could do to make my day better. Wow—what incredible customer service! I highly recommend Superior Towing to everyone.

Daniel Fernandez was highly professional and extremely friendly. He arrived quickly and took extreme care loading and unloading my new Porsche that had a tire blowout. I just want to say Gilbert was the most friendly and supportive man we have ever dealt with. Although it was so hot and the day was shortly to an end he gave us the absolute best service and honest opinion for what we should do with our truck, time and money. He stayed, got burned and made sure we got taken care of. We are so grateful to of got him today and will now be having a long term friendship with him and his company. God is so good in every way and He truly shined His light through his work. Thank you!!

Amazing service! They were quick and affordable and my driver Gill was very kind.

I had to get my car towed to my mechanic this morning and no more than an hour after I’d placed my service request with AAA, Jed C showed up to my house and quickly got my car hitched up to the truck. He got me to my mechanic as soon as he opened for the day. Very glad for his quick and efficient service!

Progressive Ins. Sent Superior towing when my motorhome needed to be towed. Superior was on it with communication about ETA. Ryan showed up and knew what needed to be done and they got it done. Both men were friendly and professional. Well done!

I couldn't switch between gears so I used Geico's roadside assistant feature. They connected to Superior Towing, where Mr. Melvin was selected to tow my car. He didn't just tow it, but did a quick check, where I was also informed of a screw in a tire. But more importantly, he took me to the car, and showed me how to flip up the gear shift panel, to kinda override the locked gear, in the event this happens again, and potentially somewhere unsafe. I appreciated him taking his time to show me that because really you never know what situations you can find yourself. 10/10 service, confirmed drop off to the shop. I highly recommend if you need towing to contact the good people at Superior Towing.

I cannot say enough good things about our tow truck driver, Chaz. He arrived incredibly quickly, was kind, professional, and reassuring during a stressful situation, and immediately put us at ease. We had a very long drive ahead of us, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and got home safely. His positive attitude, helpfulness, and genuine care made all the difference. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into one where we felt completely taken care of. This was by far the best tow truck experience we've ever had, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs assistance. Thank you for your outstanding service and for going the extra mile for us!
